General terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for services and works between Tiryaki Rohrreinigung (the “Contractor”) and the client. Deviating terms only become effective if the Contractor expressly agrees to them in writing.

Requests via phone, WhatsApp, email or the online form are non-binding. A contract is concluded upon the Contractor's order confirmation or upon commencement of the work. Cost estimates are non-binding.

The scope of services follows from the order confirmation or the activity agreed on site (e.g. clearing blocked drains, camera inspection, 24/7 emergency service). The Contractor performs its services professionally according to recognised industry standards.

Billing is based on actual effort using the applicable hourly rates plus statutory VAT. Travel costs and materials may be added. A cost estimate provided in advance is a non-binding estimate.

Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due for payment immediately upon receipt without deduction. In the event of default, the Contractor is entitled to claim default interest as well as reminder and collection costs under statutory provisions.

Appointments are arranged subject to availability; in emergencies the Contractor endeavours to arrive as quickly as possible. The client ensures access to the affected systems and points out known particularities.

Statutory warranty rules apply. Defects must be reported immediately upon discovery. For justified defects the Contractor provides subsequent performance. No liability is assumed for pre-existing damage or damage resulting from improper self-help measures.

The Contractor is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body and health. For slight negligence the Contractor is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for off-premises and distance contracts. At express request, work may begin before the withdrawal period expires; in that case a reasonable amount is payable for services already rendered.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
