When you contact us via our contact or request form, we process the data you provide (name, phone number, email address, service address, preferred date and your problem description) in order to handle your request and arrange an appointment. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

You can also contact us via WhatsApp. The transmitted data is processed by the WhatsApp service (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). We have no influence over this processing; please note WhatsApp's privacy information. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

This website runs on a server operated by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, in a data centre in Germany. When you access the site, information such as IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type is automatically recorded in server log files. This is technically necessary to provide the website securely and reliably. Our database and the photos belonging to a job are also stored exclusively on this server in Germany; we do not use an external cloud service for this. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We store your request data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and to comply with statutory retention obligations, and delete it afterwards.

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by „https://“ in your browser's address bar.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw a consent already given at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the processing carried out until withdrawal remains unaffected.

While you type an address into the request form, we suggest matching addresses. The search runs exclusively through our own server, which forwards the query to the address service Photon (Komoot GmbH). Your IP address is not transmitted to third parties; only our server appears externally. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in accurate address capture).

For scheduling in the internal staff area we send a job address once to the Nominatim service (OpenStreetMap Foundation) to convert it into geographic coordinates. This transmission is made by our server, not by a website visitor's device. We then store the coordinates in our database in Germany. Map tiles in the staff area are loaded from OpenStreetMap; the IP address of the staff device is transmitted to OpenStreetMap in the process. Visitors to the public website are not affected. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient scheduling).

This privacy policy is currently valid. Due to changed legal requirements or adjustments to our services, it may become necessary to update it. The current version published here applies in each case.
